Clinical Psychologist

Rudd is a Clinical Psychologist who has been in private practice in Australia for more than 15 years, but who has been practising since 1990. Rudd is a member of the College of Clinical Psychologists, and of the Australian Psychological Society. Rudd has a strong background in forensic psychology, working in Victoria as part of the Sex Offender treatment program after his immigration in January 2000. Rudd was previously a treatment coordinator (Forensic Psychologist) in a maximum-security prison in The Netherlands, treating youths with psychiatric problems. These are specialised treatment facilities. Rudd currently also provides reports for the courts. He has also worked in other settings like psychiatric hospitals, day-clinics and 24/7 therapeutic communities. He has been working with a wide range of therapeutic schools, including: psycho-analytic; psycho-dynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Therapy (REBT).
